"Learning to Learn: Teaching with Learning Styles" successfully equipped instructors with the knowledge, strategies, and tools to identify and adapt their curricula for inclusivity based on the diversity of their students' learning styles.

ACTIVATION
Instructors were introduced to insights and resources to prepare them for addressing primary student learning blockers. They learned about the common challenges students face - information overload, effective time and task management, and imposter syndrome. By understanding these barriers, instructors were able to create an inclusive learning environment.

DEMONSTRATION & APPLICATION
Instructors were introduced to an practiced the new instructional strategies and techniques that engaged visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learners. They learned how to design and deliver lessons that incorporated media elements, hands-on activities, and interactive discussions.

INTEGRATION
Instructors were guided on the seamless integration of learning styles and addressing learning blockers in their instructional design. They learned how to align their teaching strategies to make sure the curriculum meets different learning preferences.

TESTING
We evaluated the effectiveness of the learning strategies to measure student progress and understanding through bi-weekly student surveys (CSAT). Instructors also used formative assessments to gauge the effectiveness of their instructional methods and make necessary adjustments to optimize student learning outcomes.
