APPROACH
Resume Renaissance is a workshop developed to equip post-graduate students with the necessary knowledge and techniques included in a powerpoint presentation delivered as a VILT.

KEY CHALLENGES
It was initially difficult to create a workshop that not only provided instructions, guidelines, and updated resume-writing tips in the current, volatile job economy, but also empowered students to autonomously apply the tools and knowledge gained even after graduation.

RESULTS
The resume workshop was successful and created space for student questions that added to future presentations. It also provided students with actionable strategies and both AI- and non-AI resources to create strong and attractive resumes to ensure their long-term ability to adjust and update their resumes to fit potential employers in the tech and design industry.
