As an instructional designer, I was commissioned by ARTSO to create an animation centered around a female, black protagonist who exemplifies the challenges of a hectic lifestyle. Through the animation, viewers learn the importance of recognizing and adopting habits to slow down in today's fast-paced world, promoting self-care and a healthier work-life balance.
