In a collaboration between Flatiron's career services and the Product Design program, I drafted and designed The Post Grad Dash to integrate vital post-graduate resources such as portfolio-building, interview strategies, LinkedIn profile, and resume refinement in order to equip learners with the necessary to build autonomous career-building skills.

LEARNING TOOLBOX FOR BOOTCAMP LEARNERS
The Learning to Learn modules were designed to give learners a toolbox to gain control over their online learning journey. The 5-module, 27 lessons course was built to foster autonomy, choice, and responsibility, and encourage learners to take ownership of their online learning experience. The goal was to impact learner motivation, academic performance, and decision-making abilities.

DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP
Resume Renaissance was a workshop designed to provide learners with hands-on career-builing skills and techniques for creating strong resumes. This instructor-led, interactive presentation was developed to boost learners' resume appeal to hiring managers and recruiters in the tech and design industry.
FLATIRON LINKEDUP
The LinkedIn/LinkedUp Labs were hands-on activities (Labs) aimed at guiding learners to enhance their job market visibility by effectively building and updating their LinkedIn profiles. Learners implemented key strategies to build attractive profiles and professional networks for marketability to potential employers.
