FACEBOOK RESPECTFUL DIALOGUE
This 90-minute Respectful Dialogue module provided Facebook employees with guidance on how to engage in difficult dialogue respectfully. The training allowed them to practice strategies for respectful debate on difficult topics, including feelings of discrimination, behavior change in the office, and how to disagree in a group setting. This supported Facebook's Respectful Communication Policy through large group chats, discussions, and smaller breakout sessions.
